Production: harvest consists of removing grapes and berries that have not yet completed the ripening process to perfection. The Boca Vigna Cristiana is aged for three years in oak barrels and then bottled on the winery's premises and aged in bottle for at least 12 months. Soil profile: Volcanic porphyry

Taste: The tannins are firm and contribute to the definition of a very persistent wine thanks to the savory touch.
Alcohol content: 14%.
Goes with: primi , risotto with scary rich texture, tasty red meat, salami, game and very well aged cheeses
More explanation about the producer: Boca DOC since 1980. The vineyard, managed under a certified organic farming regime, is rooted on the rocks of the Supervulcano della Valsesia, porphyries with a characteristic purple-red color that give our wines their distinctive characteristics of elegance and minerality. Wines produced exclusively from our own grapes with a deliberately very low yield per hectare, putting quality over quantity.
