Profile: Guyot planting, manual harvest after green harvesting, once again selection on arrival at the cantina of the best grapes.
Winemaking / Vinification: maceration with the skins for about 7-8 days in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
Aging: in inox tanks for about 4 months and then in French oak barriques for 36 months.
Nose: The bouquet has hints of wild rose and licorice.
Aroma: alcoholic power well balanced with hints of fruit and spice.
Pairings: Excellent with roasts, stewed meats, game and full-flavored cheeses
