Profile: Umberto Fracassi produces this warm, traditional Barbera in his small winery in Cherasco. Fracassi uses oak barrels of various sizes and ages for the aging process. Two years of aging in wood barrels and a year and a half in bottle before sale from the cantina. A tremendously balanced wine.
Aroma: soft and spicy with a strong fruity aroma
Taste: classic, silky with a medium body and perfect acidity
Alcohol content: 13,5%.
