This wine is made from select Barbera Grapes, vinified with absolute purity. They are refined in barrels made of drumast from Slavonia for 12 month wich maintains the fruitful perfume of mature cherriesgiving it a tight remarkable sensation, elegant and enduring. It is therefore a tannic wine, full-bodied and robust. Itis best accompanied by game or strong cheeses, but best with roasted or boiled meat (arrosti and bolliti misti) of "Bue Grasso Piemontese".
