This product is fundamental for the company, a Barbera d'Asti: traditional, therefore robust, tannic, full, and warm. It is aruby red with reflections of burgundy; the taste is intense and fruity and reminds one of red fruits such as cherries or plumps. This wine principally accompanies first courses such as "Tajarin", "Ravioli al Plin", and dishes of red meat.
