Production process: Manual selection of grapes, then gentle destemming. Fermentation and maceration in steel tanks for about 20 days, at a constant temperature of 28°-30°C. This is followed by malolactic fermentation in steel.
Aging: In tonneaux and French oak barriques for 12 months, then a further 4 months in steel tanks.
Sensory characteristics: Intense ruby color with purple hues; the bouquet is of very ripe fruit, notes of peaches and apricots, with an excellent dash of freshness.
