Profile: The Nascetta vineyard of Umberto Fracassi Ratti Mentone is located on the border between La Morra and Cherasco, at the height of the Cascina Bellavista, the Mantoetto region, is 2 hectares, 4000 vines, at 300 meters above sea level. The Nascetta vineyard is harvested and processed in the same way as the Favorita. This means classic vinification, cryomaceration and refinement in stainless steel tanks.
Aging in stainless steel, temperature controlled, after 6 months in bottle
Aroma: hints of tropical fruit
Flavour: Good structure and perfect balance of acidity with floral notes (acacia), fruity (apple, white and yellow peach, and tropical fruit with advanced maturation) and honey, slightly tannic.
