Francesco Brigatti, the winemaker himself, talks about this wine: Mottobello is the dialectical name of the hill on the slopes on which this wine is based.
Mottobello is unusually well structured, but looks straw yellow and reveals strong notes of acacia, honey, wild flowers and basil on the nose. On the palate, it stands out for its crunchiness and dry, dry flavors with mineral suggestions. Overall, fine, elegant and versatile.
Mottobello is best served chilled, at 12° C.
Mottobello is a single-varietal wine of great versatility, combining sour and mineral tones and is an excellent solution for both aperitifs and in combination with white meats and seafood recipes.

Profile: Alto Piemonte is an ancient area that exudes history, culture and traditions. It stretches across four provinces of Biella, Vercelli, Novara and Verbano-Cusio-Ossola, with landscapes of unprecedented beauty, including the iconic Monte Rosa, the quintessence of our Alps, in the background. Although still little known, these countries have all the microelements and climate necessary to make the grapes we grow noble and our wines extraordinarily elegant and age-appropriate. The part of the hills in the province of Novara where the white grapes for our Mottobello are grown are of icy origin and are formed by fluvial-alluvial sediments rich in loam and relatively acidic.
Mottobello means "Lovely Hill". Our southwest-facing vineyard covers 2.5 hectares here.
