Profile: Typical wine from the area around Calusso in the north of the province of Turin. Erbaluce is one of the oldest vines in Piedmont.
It is the first white Piedmontese wine, which in 1967 was given the designation of controlled origin.
Matured in stainless steel tanks, 4 months refining in bottle

Nose: Intense fruity aroma with peaches and watermelon predominance, hints of dandelion and elderflower, slightly aromatic with golden apple finish
Taste: Full, balanced sweetness and acidity, intense hints of bread crust and honey; long finish with many acacia flowers, pineapple and traces of citrus fruits.
Foodpairing: starters based on vegetables and beans, white meat and fresh goat's cheese, and meals based on fish and shellfish. For its pronounced acidity and freshness, it is also ideally suited as an aperitif.
