Profile: dry white wine, from 300 to 350 meters above sea level, a vineyard in Tassarolo, southwestern area. Strongly calcareous clay, manual harvest, Guyot system with 4000 vines per hectare. Refining for a third in French oak barrels for six months and two thirds in stainless steel vats for 6 months also. 3300 bottles.
Aroma: distinctive, delicate, fruity, floral.
Taste: Typical, dry, pleasant, fresh and harmonious, good body. It is an ideal aperitif and complements appetizers like oysters, seafood, meats and vegetables, appetizers, rice dishes, truffles, fish soups. A particularly good combination is elegant and delicately flavored "Risotto al Gavi".
