A moscato according to the traditions in Barbaresco region....
Due to the slightly late harvest of the Muscat grape, this must has low acidity.
Once the hand-picked and selected grapes arrive at the winery, they are gently crushed and pressed. This is followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature to best preserve all the aromas of the grapes.
The wine spends a few months on the fine lees of fermentation to obtain maximum aromas. Finally, it is stabilized, filtered and bottled.
This wine is straw yellow in color.
The nose has an intense bouquet with distinct aromas of flowers and fresh fruit.
