Delivered for free to your home: the Colomba Pasquale!
But what is a Colomba Pasquale? Literally it means "Easter pigeon". It takes its name from the form given in relation to Easter. This cake has only become an emblem of the Italian Easter since the 1930s.
Last Wednesday we thought that if we can't go to Italy to share this moment with you, we'll just bring this piece of Italian tradition to Belgium. The pallet will arrive next Monday and will be delivered with every order from 100 € VAT included.
Our video recordings will continue!
Next Sunday and Monday one of the biggest events for the wines from Roero was planned in Turin, especially the winegrowers who will meet on the spot the journalists, restaurateurs and owners of wine shops, internationally. Of course this will not take place, which is why we want to put the Roero region's wine farmers in the spotlight.
We have recorded two videos of which one is already online on our You Tube channel.

We already received several requests for rosé wines. As a rosé of powerful wine grapes such as Nebbiolo should actually be consumed within the year of production, we no longer purchased 2018. So we have to wait until after Easter....
